Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Romania)
- Orders under 190 RON: 20 RON flat rate
- Orders over 190 RON: Free shipping
- Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days
International Shipping
- Flat rate: 84 RON (~€17) per order
- Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days for EU countries; 10–21 business days for other international destinations
EU Customer Rights If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, you have the right to contact us to request a new delivery or cancel your order for a full refund.
Delays While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, or peak periods. We are not responsible for delays outside our control, but we will always work with you to resolve any issues.
